OCT depends on where you are , is more or less the end of low season. With the Chinese touring Thailand these days , the traditional angmo hi-low season doesn't really matter anymore.

I like low season , cheaper prices

Best hotel is Nana Hotel on Suk. Soi 4, directly across Nana Plaza. Hundreds of international freelancers around Soi 3 - 5! Just bring lots of condoms and vitamin V and C! Currently, asking price is 1,000 - 1,500 bhat for short time! Majority of those girls and ladies were vacuum cleaner sales person, if you know what I mean!
