Thanks for the reference to the link. I read into the context of that saga and decided that my case is not as bad as max_priest's. Following are some related quotes from him on his OKT VicOh (note the text in bold):

All those in bold somewhat represent the opposite of my case:

- Mine did quickly react and make amends when I partially expose him here. While it was just a short "Sorry that you did not enjoy your session" SMS when I feedback to him after the job. What he did after posting my -ve FR here are reasonable "service recovery" steps. (So I encouraged all to give -/+ FR, only question I still have is how to make it "fair" with less hurt to everyone)

- I did not get any "FUCKUP attitude" in handling my case. Yes, I would love to have more pro-activeness from the OKT when I sound my displeasure BEFORE posting the FR, but at least all correspondences are polite.

- I was not blamed on back luck and he did felt apologetic. Also my bad experiences is not due to the gal's service quality - they did try to please with smiles; just that they are not experienced. Perhaps like what other bros advised, I should have gotten a seasoned pair instead of picking on my own. What the OKT should do is also to recommend me good ones and not just accepted my ignorance about choosing tarma pair.

- He has officially apologized to me with what look like a very sincere and long PM which I've shared earlier. Instead of a refund, I'm happy to get the promised of special pricing the next time - so it's cool for me.

Other case in points for my case:
- The OKT seems to have good raving feedbacks on other gals he brought in before. Not bad rep points.
- I'm a newbie to engaging FL from a photo album; being used to getting "WYSIWYG" type of live-person quality, perhaps it's just me who was SHOCK at the difference in real-life and the make-over shots. I even SMSed him before the job citing that one of the gal is not who I asked for!

Let's see if I do engage his service the next time, I'll post another FR here.

My intention with this thread really is to find out how can we handle such FR fairly without dropping the bomb on any OKT and not giving chances.
