first of all, if u wana attack on random girls u met outside. the most important is look. make sure she is not too chio for u. or u want very chio one also can, print a fake model agency name card. approach her and tel her she is very pretty, wana do some photo to earn money? so after a few days when she call u back tel her ur boss company was busted and u r out of job, feelin down and sad, u need someone to talk to. ask her when is she free to meet up for coffee and comfort u.
