Best Jap rest I knew was at the Melia Panorama with great view. Today with local management, I really don't know if standard still maintained.

Standard still the same, and is still the best in Batam. But for that kinda price, forget about patronising there. You can get similiar standard in SG at cheaper price.

THere is another one along Baloi, called Iseyna, I think. It is in a complex, called Taman Kota. From Peniun, you go towards Batm View hotel, go straight towards sekupang, follow the road , after the left turn, all the way, before SAn dona complex, look to your right. THere is a Johor Claypot resturant too, which is quite good.

Another Japanese restuarant is near hotel 888, not too far from Nagoya, not too sure the name of the road, for those who knows that place, it is quite a good place for Japanese food as well. Hope my info does help.

Hehe, Sushi is offered to Japanese working there. Of course, they can pay for it. In singapore, competition is stiff.

In Jakarta, you can get sushi laid on top of woman. Not too sure of the clubs that offered. But I was told there is. Any brothers care to share info?
