Pes f or z like everything From saf means nothing outside of saf or govt. The private company isn't hiring the guy to chiong suah & as long as the guy don't die or get Mc everyday, the company don't care. In fact saf means nothing to most companies. Oso, the company will admire the kengster 4 successfully siaming

There are ppl I know who might as well b 1 foot in the coffin according to saf but actually is 100% normal according to them AND their doctors. So to everybody, pls don't b stoopid n fake being insane or gay to siam

Obviously, I as an employer, if know your status is PES F, who want to know whats the reason. Insurace coverage from company, or if the company gives extra work, u cant take stress n you need to see doc, or get MC regularly, etc. You think I would hire someone like that?

I seen a few too. But PES F usually means really got problem somewhere.

If I am an employer, I will always look out for people who cant do SAF, must be something wrong, either mentally or physically. Wont hire him.

PES F usually means serious problems. If a person is pes F, of cos a company would not hire him for strenuous work such as delivery man or driver. Further more, chances of him having to see doctor regularly, would hit the company performance as well. That will lower his chances of find work, or more precise, a narrower path of career for him.

NS is now a 2 year crap w all the BULLSHIT policy by the gov to let in so many FTs. I am not standing on Amos side, but I do think that SAF need some shake up. If Amos is thinking of using this as an excuse to get out of NS, then I feel sorry for him for destroying his own future as he had already done.

I personally know a Pes F guy who goes around telling people how he 'geng' to get Pes F because of Mental issue.


I really think he got some mental problem and only he thinks he himself is normal.

The funny thing is he's always so proud showing off how he got his Pes F and he doesn't realise that everyone listening on is just politely nodding their head.
