To maintain a healthy lifestyle does helps. Also plenty of rest time. I believe in this and adopt a balance diet too.

Thanks, bro... my LDL was ok, but HDL was low; when I did my blood test last yr. Fuck... I just can't accept the fact that I'm having E.D...

Hi all, i also encounter the exact same issue where i get soft after some distraction such as slow change of position or it's too wet..
I have quite ok lifestyle where i exercise cardio, running, swimming 4-5 times a week and salad is my main meal most of the time.. My fridge is full of fruits and no processed food in my home A few months back I had visit my normal GP and been eating viagra and at the start half pill of viagra did the trick.. But recently i found that the half pill of viagra had little effect. I had to eat 1.5 pill of viagra before i see the effect. It's getting worrying.. I used to eat black diety and other pills last time but hate the strong side effects..
