Hi all, i also encounter the exact same issue where i get soft after some distraction such as slow change of position or it's too wet..

I have quite ok lifestyle where i exercise cardio, running, swimming 4-5 times a week and salad is my main meal most of the time.. My fridge is full of fruits and no processed food in my home

A few months back I had visit my normal GP and been eating viagra and at the start half pill of viagra did the trick.. But recently i found that the half pill of viagra had little effect. I had to eat 1.5 pill of viagra before i see the effect. It's getting worrying..

I used to eat black diety and other pills last time but hate the strong side effects..

I have to admit i was very addicted to porn and masturbation but i had since stop it for a month

For some people, prolong usage of a similar drug will create a biologicial effect in which the body ignore the effects of the drug, which hence needs higher dosage as times goes on.

You mentioned exercise and eat healthy is still facing problems, sometimes an overly cut back diet can result in alck of protein and acids from poutry. There is a reason why seafood are potent.

Bro, I had the same problem with you. I run n swim frequently plus I had a pretty salt free diet cause I ate home on most days. Still PE hit me a few years back. I suppose when it first struck me, I was pretty down cos I was in my early 30s then and supposing to be in the 'prime' of my life. I thought this couldn't happen to me.

I wondered where the problem was and visited an urologist to solve problems. Thought it'd be linked to my earlier case of UTI but the test results (then) showed that everything was good. The Urologist commented that he wished he had my figures!

He went on to explain why PE hit, and he said it's probably due to aging (which is inevitable) or some mental related stress/physical recovery. I would think back then it was more of the latter case though the former also played a part. He recommended some sex enhancing drugs and/or a dosage of testosterone but he really saw no need for it.

Well. naturally I felt relieved at his words but the problem struck for a few weeks before I regained urge and stiff erections. Till this day, this problem comes and goes. I suppose it's really due to stress n recovery. I'm not sure about u, but I'm having difficulties recovering from long workouts on weekends and that hit me. Plus I went thru some difficult periods with my family and it played a part I guess.

Now, my latest discovery is I've high Cholesterol but I guess, fuck it, I'll take things easy. Enjoy the erections while they come.
