You should have reported that your card got stolen. Make a police report. The bank atm would have photo of the girl making the withdrawal.

all the ATMs Machines are installed with Cameras. As long as she's the one to draw the money, you can lodge a police case, give details of the machine. If possible each machine got their number. Then the police will ask the bank for video shots. Then they will trace it through face identity in their records.

First you said you both went back to your place (that's where you are staying)..
Then she she cried rape and demanded your ID (work pass) and that you had to compensate her which you did by making $$ withdrawals from the ATM.

If you are innocent and done no wrong, why not called the Police yourself since she threatened to make a police report of rape against you. I am sure she wasn't intoxicated nor drunk. Remember, she went with you to your place after meeting her at Brix for the first time. When she make a police report of rape, she'll be sent to the hospital for medical examination to prove her case. I am sure there's no marks or bruises inflicted by you, if there's any, I am also sure it would be ascertain through that medical process.

If you would have told her that you would called the Police in, the moment she threatened to report you, you wouldn't need to make a trip to the ATM.....Sigh...$5000 is really really a lot of money....wish I have that kind of money...or even half of that....sigh
