Hi brother, are you a first timer? You can look forward for home tagging after serving at least half of your sentence. For tagging, home support must be there and your visits must be regular.

You sounded like you are being charged with criminal breach of trust or cheating. First of all, have you signed all the charge forms given to you by your IO. If you have signed, you will have a big discount on your credibilty if you wish to fight the case.

Get yourself a lawyer. A cheap one will do if you are asking for migitation. Having a lawyer is better than having none. You will lose out in some ways. Especially in defaults for fine. Others might get 1 month $30K while you might get $20K for a month. If the fine is heavy, it makes a difference.

Btw what is your bail amount? Anything less than 50K. Still got some chances for you getting a light sentence. Did they ask you to make a full restitution of the amount?

Personally if you are able to make back that amount in the differences of time serve, then consider that as an option. For myself, I will just serve the extra @ least I can used that money to provide whatever needs my family needs.

Unless you are able to find that person who is masterminding and making you his scapegoat with the necessary evidences, you will not be able to escape from this calamity. Just take it as a lesson learned. Sometimes the price of learning it is heavy. We have ourselves to be blamed.

Treasure all the remaining time while you are outside and try to settle all the outstanding issues if there is any. It is because when the moment you are inside, everything and anything is slow and restrictive. Have to keep chionging your HU officers, PS and even SOP for the slightest thing.

The best way to pass time is by having a constant supply of books, providing if you have visits.
You are not alone. I have been there and out. Cut your antenna from outside if not you will be in a double lock status. It is not that easy but it is accomplishable. Having that hate inside you will make yourself more miserable.

Go for religious sessions for some comfort. Trust me if you place enough faith, it will worked. Treat it as a chance to get out of that cell room which you are staying for 23hrs a day.

I had been extended an additional month out here.

Right now i will be trying to get 2 jobs just in case i need a legal specialist.

I am prepared for the worst but seriously i sort of gave up in a way or another.

Brother totally i have been clean in anything.

No warning or been in jail, not even any case of misbehavior or whatsoever.

I had a relapse yesterday so called up the SOS hotline.

It seems that life has nothing left for me.

I understand being a man should be brave in everything. Just that its seem too hard for me in one way or another.

upon reading yr posts, I feel for u. more than a year ago, I was in similar situation as u; but different nature of situation la.

I was dead drunk! jus crashed my car at the kerb! didn't bother it all. went to a nearby (not my house) blk, n press the lift to the highest floor........ drunkardly climbed up to the top-most corridor.... look over the parapet, wah! damn high siah! my mind alr cannot think properly. I only aware tat once I climb over the wall, all unhappiness ll end straightaway.

as I was lifting my upper body upwards, a flash of my son n daughter came across my vision. I saw them smiling at me. NO! NO! I dun wanna leave them........ at that instance, my alcohol immediately went off. I was awake..... quickly leave the scene to go home n sayang my children.

morale of the story: giving up yr lift as a very irresponsible act to GOD, n even to our parents. no matter wat s the reason, there s always an answer n solution to it.

TS, yrs is a sabotaged commercial offence tat u didn't commit, yet u r liable cos there was no paperwork, etc...... no choice lor. u gotta learn from yr mistakes. no tat u got no more chance in life to turn against it. but at least yr lawyers may be able to turn the situation around to prove yr innocence.

please do not take yr own life. y r u willing to take yr own life, tat yr parents brought u up w love n pain, yet u r not willing to spend some years behind bars learning to be a better person? so tat when u r released, u can help more ppl with yr experience.

Damn tired, went for some interviews and were rejected as i am not academical inclined.

If life can be taken away with a switch off button, that will be so great.
