It didn't happen to me, at least not yet so far especially when I am neither attached nor married. I wouldn't want to start a lifestyle habit only to unleash the monster in her or even myself, and this lifestyle is as such that one cannot simply turn away after having lived in it. I am sure there are couples whose relationship improved greatly with the introduction of swinging into theirs but very sure much more got screwed up instead.

I shudder at the thoughts of my gf/wife doing behind my back when I do not agree to any additional or new swinging sessions. Imagine your gf/wife getting more satisfied sexually by other men and over time, you are no longer good enough for her. It really takes hell lots of trust, understanding and definitely maturity to handle such situations.
