Once again, it actually depends. Close friends who know you long enough will know you are like that. You either attract or dispel people. At work, yes you have to be tactful. Off work, you can be yourself. But when friends advise you, listen and accept. They want you to better yourself. As the saying goes "It's for your own good!"
