Just turn off all GPS functions when not on WIFI mode should be say right? If not just off your phone during your quickies. Fail safe is to carry a not smart phone

All hand phones whether smart, stupid can be traced by the relative authority

To put it simply, the handphone must broadcast it location to the cell tower so can receive call..... so only way to make it shut up is to turn it off or for greater safety use the technology i highlighted in my previous pose

Turn off phone, turn off GPS function or just buy the normal phone & you will be safe

Wah...Boss Sammyboy is super smart lah! Alternatively, I think you can also root your phone and set your GPS settings to "safe" locations. Or just turn off GPS altogether.
