TS, don't worry so much, just go ICA read up a bit on how a kid can attain Singapore citizenship and you will realize there is no way she can get it.

1. Father (a Singaporean) must be married.
2. Mother must be Singaporean.

If I remember correctly, basically it gets to these 2 points (was doing research on this after reading another story). Think this is to prevent exactly what happened to TS, foreigners trying to get Singapore citizenship by claiming their babies' father is a Singaporean and become a Singaporean through the baby. Don't forget the strict laws where a maid that is found to be pregnant will be sent back immediately..

Because end of the day no matter how much Singaporeans hate foreigners, Singapore government is not dumb they don't give away citizenship easily. Just ask around and you will realise plenty of them failed multiple applications (regardless of age, studies, work, income, etc).
