think story is TS have a female colleague who smile at him sweetly la, then when he approached, the female colleague siam him lor... its either the approach fail or the word i want to up u is all over the guys face

There are girls who get a kick, albeit a rather sick one, of knowing she has you twisted into a knot. It makes them feel good that they have an influence over you. In future dealings, even if it bites you inside, act nonchalant. Let her know she has no control over you. If you play your cards right, who knows what follows?
 Bottomline...never let a girl know she can manipulate you. Always be prepared to walk away and never to grovel!
