okay now feedback fr my friend. Turn out all these waiting n digging r worth while. My friend got excited n engaged a PI to check on tat prc. Well, say to tell you, your colleague is not in very good position. Better advise him to engage lawyer and PI to help him to gather as much evidence to his advantage

Your question1: Whether it can be sell or not, she is still entitled 50% of the flat. In the event that the flat cannot be sold, the husband may have to pay either using CPF (if still have) or get some bank loans to pay it in 1 lump sum or installments

Question 2: If if that's proven, by our laws and women's charter, she is still entitled 50% of the flat.

Question 3: On the kid, did you mention the kid's name is also included for the flat ? If yes, then if kid is awarded to mother's, then her share could be increased to 60-70% of the entire flat.

Your colleague would still need to pay the maintenance for the kid as well.
