For the benefit of the bros here at SBF, from what I hear, there is a law in Singapore that states if you are a married man caught soliciting a prostitute, the state will inorm your spouse of the offence.

last night i was at geylang. saw the gambling stall still at lor 16 there. just after 1 day of the "cleaning" then all come back again... when will have the ending.

Another book i read in this long holidays, tomorrow return to work, time to get back on the clock. It was written in the 90s, Russell Lee called it Piggy's revenge. I didn’t take what I did seriously. In the end, I suffered for it. My punishment took the form of this ugly old man of sixty. He picked me up on the shop house walkway after lots of obvious hints and, we went to a motel. He paid for the room and once inside, he proceeded to enjoy himself.

In truth, it was a rather one-sided affair but I had to put up an act. This makes for good business. All things continued smoothly until all of a sudden, he shuddered and stopped moving. I thought he must have reached his peak and was climbing off him. My hands ob his chest, I suddenly realized his body was as still as a rock. I looked down and saw his eyes were bulging and there was a look of astonishment fixed on his face. The idiot had stopped breathing!

Then I thought I saw a dark shade lift off from his body and drift through the wall.

I swore. Just my luck to have a client die on me! It was not just my reputation and feeling nauseous and disgusted, but there might be the police to answer to and other problems. As for the shadow, well, the man was such a wimp when he was alive what could he do to me now that he was dead? It was retribution, I felt. I had to rush off without getting my money to avoid trouble, so it was like I did the whole thing for free. Such rotten luck. Who asked me not to treat my god with greater care?

Ed: have you ever thought of changing your line of work? Perhaps something that does not have a Pig as its patron god.
