I've seen some Potong Jalan cases like this. Change job or not or whether having faith in yr wife is another issue. However, if you don't sense any danger, well, is yr call. Good luck.

If I were you, I will take care of the boss direct. Not confront, but to pick your wife and show him who is the guy in charge. If he doesn't back off, make him lose his reputation since he is the boss and he has more to lose..

I can't agree more ... If he still thick-skinned, then well... time for some lashing at the office for everyone to see on a busy afternoon ... of cos before that, will inform wife first and back-up plan for wife (change job or watever) ...
