How about those rain shelters under expressway flyovers?

I often see cars parked in some of these spots during day and night time.

I think it's a good choice because cars driving past will not be stopping as the traffic is rather fast and heavy during daytime, while it is not very visible during night time.

Either ways, it is too late for drivers who spot you to catch another glimpse because they will have to continue driving on the road.

One good spot I found - TPE exit to CTE(SLE), towards Yishun exit...there is this shelter under the flyover where I spotted an Estima parked there today...nobody in the car apparently but then I wouldn't know if the front seats have been lowered for some extra curricular activities...
