I'm afraid she will be offended if I reprimand directly
They probably don’t realise. Nobody does unless if you are suddenly awoken by your own snoring which I do sometimes. I wouldn’t go so far as to reprimand her because your wife is probably also tired from her whole day like maybe work and kids that cause her to snore. If its a persistent problem then take the advice of the other bro and bring her to see a specialist. If you are Singaporean, get a referral from polyclinic will save a lot of cost.

😂 but that's also part of their sacrifice, maybe they are too tired to take care of our children at home. we just have to deal with this. but it does affect sexual desire to decrease.

Re: SNORING problem

Lose weight and snoring issue will go away.

I lost over 15 kgs over few years and the snoring issue had reduced.

You won't be able to notice this reduction, get your partner to monitor.

I had read up on the "cure" without surgery, weight loss is one of them.
Sleeping on your side, relieve the weight of tummy helps.

This problem is quite common for mouth breather.
Yes, I breathe thru my mouth, every visit to dentists, when my mouth full of water, I can't breathe. I had pre-warn my dentists to clear water often.

There are other cause for snoring, I am just pointing one of the many.

Try sleeping with your upper body elevated at angle. I had snoring problem for years and my wife threatened to sleep in another room as she is a light sleeper, but luckily I found the answer and now she sleeps soundly and I don’t snore any more.

How elevated it is? Do you use a special pillow? Doubled the pillow? Got a special reclinable bed? Please share specifics bro, im dying to know.

yes weight loss helps. it helped me too. but not 100% cured. for my case the frequency and severity went down.

another factor i believe is sufficient rest. when i have sufficient rest and not too tired, sometimes i dont snore.
