Too bad i couldnt join you cos you are on weekend trip. I dont like visiting Batam during weekends,hehehe...less bargaining power,more crowded and some uncertainties level etc etc. To me,its less fun too...lol.

Its already my 3rd day,heading back to Sillypore soon,and this trip is almost confirmed not better than my last one.

Good news is,next trip on May will likely be BETTER!!

That's precisely the point!
I can name and shame them - which of course requires a lot of diplomacy and time - and then all they do is to come up with another nick/clone. And start all over again, or worse, just take up the mantle and build on the confusion.

I have time and again done this, and all it does is to further misalign me as a the one who causes the havoc on threads.

My post is only meaningless if you choose to ignore it - which is fine - and if you cannot understand that these are well organized crook gangs with unlimited resources/time/cohorts/clones who have so many tricks up their sleeves. So yeah, best to just ignore most posts, even including mine, because these crooks WILL seize upon any response as their opportunity to further their crooked agenda.

Agreed... I rented my current house at 40 juta for 1 year, which works out to 3.3 juta (S$350) per month... Fully furnished 3-bedroom house in a secured estate with security guards, clubhouse and swimming pool...

Electricity & water at about $60 per month, and Indovision for $30 per month...

The Indovision at your area considered very high... Maybe it due to the maintenance of the clubhouse and pool. Usual house with Security Roughly $10 from what i seen.

Currently paying 2.45 juta per month, maybe will join you when time comes..

Indovision is cable TV, KohOnly21.. Just like for SCV in Singapore, the price is dependent on what package u sign up + the various add-ons, eg HBO channels, etc... My package comes up to a total of 290k per month... Does not come inclusive of porn channel..

Yes, I pay a monthly estate maintenance fee as well.. It's 225k per month...

Further more, the prices here are much cheaper and unless they considering living here, the money they try to make from such tactics you mention will not be able to cover them in Singapore.
