My experience, fair skin easy to find, but big boobs (D cups or more) a bit harder to find.

My two main complaint of Vietnam is: 1 lack of Freelancer scene, mostly geared towards KTV, gai goi, Massage, and some beer bars; 2. surprising lack of English spoken in Local scene.

Both Thailand and Vietnam have good and bad points. The waitresses in Vietnam coffeshops do not wear scantily clad bikinis.
Only in California and a lot of them in San Diego where a lot of Viet kieus reside.
