you dun know me leh...I am in hcm every year end for past so many years I step into Wetnam...but I dun bother to go countdown because of the jam madness...

Nowadays in Wetnam especially HCM you dun really need those local wet markets anymore, cause there are lots of those minimarts around like Satra & such selling not only daily amenities but also cookable stuff like fresh veges & meatstuff & the prices are quite reasonable too

Alamak gentlemen you really know what is $$$ laundering or not??? changing from 1 currency to another currency does not really equates to money laundering leh since you are still still stuck with the ill-gotten gains leh

In $$$ laundering the aim is to convert it to another form of equity where you can use it to hide the illegal origins and do a round robin so that traceability is difficult e.g. you may transfer to offshore accounts then use those funds to buy into other real estate, companies or bonds or trusts, then sell them later and then transfer it again to into another bank then invest again in other areas & so on...................with the final aim of transferring back the $$$ into your own Sinkie account in small amounts gradually over the years so that you dont raise suspicion Kiang bo?????

Always plan properly in advance, stay at a nearby hotel where you do not need to take any taxi or xe om to go to-&-fro from your intended countdown location in that way I can even do a prior walk-walk before the countdown with my beloved on those closed streets where it is lighted up for the festivities

I like to be back in HCM on the New Year's eve...but sleep early too...usually travel after Xmas to outside HCM...last year went Nha Trang...
