In Vietnam usually people there are more proactive in giving service but also Vietnamese also are more smarter and faster compare to Cambodian and that's explain why Vietnam and Thailand economic is much more faster than cambodia

yes becoz they always have this mentality, if they kana fire or the business bankrupt they can always find another job, or worst come to worst go back province to live with family, it does not take much food to keep them alive back at province

I noticed this place, "Pub Street" , in sîhanoukville 'Poulowai Street 300' is seldom mentioned here. Pub street is at the red marker of the map below.

I did went into this place a few times to recce with my motorcycle. Its a quiet place. Theres a few hostess bars inside and with ladies mostly milf. Alot of shops were closed. Business ïs very poor here.

I heard this place too was bought over by china people and will be closed soon.

If you do notice,Singapore name is widely use in PP,they will advertise brand of Singapore,in lucky supermarket you will find goods label as product from Singapore,my guess is that when mention this country this name,the trust is there from Singapore saloon,Singapore hotel to Singapore international school but none own by Singaporean or under Singapore company management

Does any member know are we allowed to pitch tents by the beach in Sihanok and stay overnight like in spore. I know its very dangerous.

There are so many beautiful, clean ,well maintained and very isolated beaches along Tomnub Rolork Road, sihanouk after the red marker shown in d map below. And if u look at the rocks by d beach, its clustered with oysters. And i dont see anybody fishing. How i wish i could row a sampan and lay drift nets, then collect d nets 3-4 hrs later, 100% sure can catch alot of flower crabs, stingrays and all sorts of fish. Near the port i saw at least 10 people sewing a v long driftnets. Obviously they were fisherman.

Along this stretch of road, there r drink stalls far away one stall. Sometimes got dark syt manning d stalls. V easy to make friends as there r no people around and they r lonely too. Quite windy and shady beach here. I enjoy coming here ,buy sm drinks and do meditation.

When I first went there few years ago,there was a bank call tomato bank,still around?

Cambodia has a lot of weird banks... these are called "SPECIALIZED" banks. The more common banks for daily are ANZ or Canadia. I used ANZ because ATMs are almost everywhere in PP.
