She is just so naïve to think an average Joe of hers will

Whores are still humans. They also know they got to milk to the fullest they can since they do not have anything to fall back on. But some are pretty down to earth from what i have encountered. Your friend with 3 sons probably gave that lady a lot of an quan gan.
