I am thinking of going over in May and I am interested in investing in hotels and restaurants. I think its an opportunity not to be missed. I would have like to go over next month but I have matters to attend to in Manila. How about a joint venture arrangement?

Bro..if u bring hospitality industry experience, then finding a local partner is not too difficult.

Myanmar has Water Festival from 10th-23rd April. Don't go during this period..everything is closed.

I don't have any such experience. I am a property investor. I am only thinking of getting a place where I can turn into a small hotel and get the local people to run it for me. I can't be there for long and I have no knowledge to impart. But if the conditions are right I can bring in somebody who has the experience. What I need is basically the starting costs of such venture as my resources are limited.

I just got back from there.......was with a friend who is a local .he brought me to fee clubs.daam the girls have great asses!!!! finaly picked one from 369...............great minah ass!!! whole night only 40usd and service was super!!! even fucked her ass!!! enjoyed my trip there hopefully can go again soon
