Nonetheless good effort! Probably need to tweak your prompt to adjust the breast size. Can use small breasts or medium breasts.

Can also use parentheses to emphasize the keywords like (small breasts). Or use weighting like (small breasts:1.2), meaning u want small breasts to have 20% more emphasis.

For some models, using negative prompt "large breasts" can reduce the size significantly.

If that isn't working then likely the checkpoint you are using isn't trained well on images with small boobs. I will suggest using Lora to help you then. Search 'flat' or 'small' on Civitai, there are a few Loras that cater to small bustlines. Try the "BreastInClass-AsianFlatChest" Lora see if it gives you better results.

I have found that using breast size measurements can have a better effect than small breasts or medium breasts.

(woman with 32B breasts) for example.
