On what basis the police can lock your friend up?

Even as recent as last week his hijacked nick was still posting on SBF..... oldtimer from 2002 and more than 1K+ points.

So dun assume all old and powerful nicks are genuine samsters as some could be hijacked nicks.

Your statements are not true at all. It has never been an offence for the ladies to open legs for you to piak regardless whether they do it for free or for money. It only becomes an offence if she was soliciting for paid sex in public. It is NO offence if you are the one requesting for sexual services and rewarding her with cash or kind.

Social escorts have been around for ages and no escort has ever been convicted for having sex with their clients.... including pink nric gals.

But there are many who were detained for breach of immigration laws instead... but never because they open legs willingly.

Those situation only happens in very rare occasions. Reasons are :
1) The AV suspects you are involved in the operation as runner, pimp, agent or boss;
2) You were not co-operative with them at the scene;
3) You have outstanding Warrant or POI status;
4) You try to be hero and shield the FLs/MLs;
5) You are unable to furnish your true identity particulars;
6) You were rude, or threaten them, display unruly behavior, or take an aggressive attitude to the officers;
7) You name drop that you know or related to an influential figure;
8) You are not truthful in your statement.

These are some of the reasons why they need to bring you back...... so the wisest thing to do if caught in a raid is to keep your mouth shut unless necessary, be co-operative and answer truthfully, dun be a hero trying to protect the operator/girls, most important to remain calm and make sure you have your identification papers with you.

AV will not simply bring anyone back without reasons and 99% of customers have walked away from raids without harassment after having their particulars and short statement recorded.

Had a very close brush with underage engagement crap, and had been so happy that was not convicted, and gotten over with a 2nd chance.

This ordeal period is not fun.

It started with OKT recommending young gal, but I did not request for underage, damn, was sabo-ed without my knowledge. Yea, people might say why never check passport etc, hey, not all might remember...

During the investigation period, passport is confiscated preventing you from running abroad, and gotta report status.

Thanks that the investigation came out and I was not convicted nor guilty, but this is a strong enough push away from any OKT.
