I dun see any reason for ICA to stop her from coming to SGP as a tourist unless she had broken our laws during her WP days.
When I was attached to ICA..... only serious offenders had their WP cancelled and repatriated. Those with minor offences usually give chance to complete their contract unless their employers decline to stand as surety. Usually it is their employers who cancel WP and send them back in these cases. In cases where WP is cancelled and send back..... subject is put on blacklist regardless of serious or minor offences. Only the ban period is different.

Most probably your gf had gotten into some trouble during her WP stint and got blacklisted otherwise she would not have been stopped from coming in again. Why dun you check with her ex-employer on her WP status prior to her returning home as ICA will not release any info on such cases.

ICA followed a sop according to the laws but can vary from case to case depends on who and whom appeal...

I had helped to appeal for many ppl...Also told many dun bother to write becos knowing no chance...so ICA certainly knew more about the rejected person than us appealing...

Very true...the girl not telling truth...hard to blame anyone including ICA...like I said ICA knew more...tough to check with past employer...unless want to hear lies...Viet girls can get WP only last 2 - 3 years and if not wrong 6 months WP with expensive foreign levy...means the girls working at entertainment venues and obviously girls paying the high levies...since non skilled jobs...

You are right. Not so painful

in any case, even those denied entry, can appeal via form 14A (or 4A?) there is a form in ICA website, to manually apply for visa in advance. Apply, and if success, show to the officer when arriving.

yes...if samster pocket small earnings of the FL and will be charged by Police...then refer case to ICA for breached to student pass...

no in general cases...the samster will not be in trouble with ICA...but will b ein trouble with sbf admin for intro FL without paying sbf advertising rates...

if FL is tested covid-19 positive then whole contact tracings on phone shall reveal all clients, friends and etc...
