Mp and spa I think the revenue or tax not much for government as some suggest mostly is pay cash and we don't get a receipt for it. So really don't know how much they report on the earning. And the gals tips is all non declare one.

Apologies yes phase 3. Phase 3 is a long way off for those MP to re-open going by the Govt press conference. Maybe they would continue to receive Budget Support while remain closed ?
