Re: Air Tickets in BKK

other than Air Asia, Thai Airways, Phuket Airways, Air Andaman, Bangkok Airways and NokAir(yet to be launched) http://www.nokair.com/menu_en.html

Are they any more budget carriers for Thailand domestic flights?

You try a date that is at least 3 months' away from now. Let us know.

But AIRASIA booking is more userly friendly.

end of the day......airasia caters to certain customers....valueair caters to some others~....but in my opinion....Regular airlines promo prices still more worth it......how many people can plan wat they wanna eat 3 months in advance....55555~ cheers happy flying guys~

I booked mine 5 weeks in advance. The best price I obtained for one-way was B1,875. It's nowhere near the much publicised promo price.

BTW, what do you do with the email that AIRASIA send you with itinerary ? Check in with that ?

Re: Air Tickets in BKK

AirAsia have something like nine tiers of pricing. As dictated my a host of myriad considerations, getting to the bottom rung is attainable but not a snap.
We can't have our cake and eat it too. One need to be in Lady Luck's good books to get the cheapest price at our own convenience . However, with some deligence and patience, it is within the reach of everybody to land a really good deal.
How cheap is cheap?
The current lowest one way to Bkk is about S$45/- or a tad less?
I had gotten 4 return tickets for my family at S$43/- per pax ; less than half of the present best offer. This deal might or might not be repeated in the future. Who know?
I had booked way in advance cos it suits me at the time. The offer was 2 months ago and as I had already decided to go for a family holiday during the June school vacation, I went ahead to confirm. At the time of booking I checked and found out that is was also then possible to book at that crazy price only about 3 week in advance.
I had also recently helped a colleague to book at about S$45 one way price for travel less than a month in advance.
Sometimes when I checked on their website just for the heck of it, low prices can also be had less than a week from the date of booking.
When one wants a really low price, one have to be prepared to be patient, to perserve and to hope for doses of luck.
I flew out of Sg for business 2 to 3 times a month, usually at short notice. In such circumstances, AirAsia does not come into my equation. I took the regular airlines.

Factor in all aspects and go for the price that suits you at the time and ocassion.

Hey Bro,

When you book online u give them yr emai address and they will sent you a e-ticket with 6 alpha numeric ( you can just use this no. eg. 5XX555 to check in also.) u print out and use to check in at check in counter. This number will also appear during when you purchase online and this is just all u need.

Hope this help
