I am also optimistic . I wonder which Liverpool team will turn up for work . It will be interesting to see which players klopp is going to lineup in the defense and as well as in attack. I am hoping Klopp will give at least 3 youngsters in the senior team .

Great entertaining match, not for the faint hearted!

Pity about our poor defending and shambolic goalkeeping though, because but for that, we probably would have won the game. Still can't complain because I thought we were going to lose before the start. Gegenpressing seems to be nicely evolving albeit still in the early stages.

This was Firmino's coming out party, a brace and a real beauty 2nd goal! Also I was heartened to see the lads not giving up and fighting to the very end to snatch that very late equaliser from who else but our Welsh Pirlo This resilience can only be a good thing! Oh yeah Caulker playing as a striker in the last few minutes was a weird delight as well

One last thing, Mignolet has yet again proven to be a disaster waiting to happen. Bogdan does not seem any better. So it was interesting to see Klopp recall Welsh under 21 goalkeeper Danny Ward from loan at Aberdeen to give Mignolet some competition on the bench last night. I gather Ward had been doing very well at Aberdeen. Anyways, just another stop gap till the summer, where hopefully Klopp is able to secure the services of a true top class GK.
