bangkok field report....whats there to talk about for this thread for me...been there for 9 days and many shit did happen...happy things , sad things and bad things also have so lets start of slow and steady.

stayed at convenient park hotel at sukhumvit soi 64 and damn fucking out of every single shit and even a 7 but hey nearest 7 is near to A&W!!!!!!!!!!!!!nearest BTS is on nut and you can really imagine how out of the way i am but hey why i decided to stay here than............because my part time GF live in bang na and hey one night cost me 21usd...want to stay near to sukhumvit but not too near to bangna as i have other plans in town.hehe.

stayed the other 4nights at palazzo at huai kwan cause of my friends booking.book the new wings next time guys cause the old one really old but still manageable.the rooms in new wings looks soooo much better but breakfast still rocks for this hotel and no fee to bring back girls and oh ya...same goes for the upper one.near to all the babes are and the subway but please do slap me...i didnt go to any of the massage palour at all when i stay next to it.but went the last time i stay in suhkumvit...ironic isnt it..maybe because of my part time GF too...

same stuff for food...japanese food at esplanade are spoil for choice...food court at MBK is not to be missed...road side stalls are all around but at your own risk but i did ate a lot of street food with my Girl but also drink lots of coconut juice everyday.haha it is a natural cure for food poisoning.food at on nut BTS is also damn cheap...she brought me to a local place...one tum yum gong and kangkong with pork kunckle and 2 rice....85 baht...damn it as cheap..try any shit but take care of your tummy.

massage...same 2 places for me...sukhumvit soi 24 and rajamri spa opposite central world(compliment from bro norice thread which i found).pure thai massage with no shitty hanky panky guys.the spa is damn good by the way.

shopping is virtually everywhere from mbk to siam to central to jj to sukhumvit to bangna so shop your heart out or just be like me...just window shopping as i dont like shopping but love the night life.haha.

i have covered my AGG and CLUBS FR at the respective thread so i will move on to my part time GF which i think no ones wishes to heard....but something for everyone....the last shot...we did it at the hotel toilet level 2 pallazzo....female but which cubicle.haha i will not tell.let it be a secret but she is damn good in everyway and so far the best ever sex i had with her than anyone else...left 3 birth mark on me to bring back to singapore...damn..but no gf here so what gives.

Actually such phenomenon has a scientific term: "pareidolia", which had been researched by psychologists, amongst whom, Carl Sagan who had hypothesized that as a survival technique, human beings are "hard-wired" from birth to identify the human face. This allows people to use only minimal details to recognize faces from a distance and in poor visibility but can also lead them to interpret random images or patterns of light and shade as being faces and Clarence Irving Lewis, who had argued that one has no way of knowing whether or not perceptions are "true" in any absolute sense; all one can do is determine whether one's purpose is thwarted by regarding it as true and acting on that basis. According to this approach, two people with two different purposes will often have different views on whether or not to regard a perception as true.

So, many sightings were recorded after incidents and many are not sighted before any accident or incident that would be happening, like the famous twin tower image (pareidolia) of Satan appearing in the smoke billowing from the towers....it was noticed or discerned after the incident

Happy New Year to all bros here!!! I am wondering whether I should be happy or sad as I was one of the luckiest to escape from the scene that nite. The happy thing is I am lucky enough to escape and sad thing is so many people have died and injured badly.

On the nite, my table was just directly below to the staircase to the 2nd level of the pub. The whole thing really happened very fast. I was just coming up from the restroom with my friend. While I am about to take another drink, I felt how come still have the bad smell of the fireworks as I am thinking the fireworks has finished. While I am thinking and looking around to see is there still any fireworks or someone is still playing, I found out there is no more. Suddenly, I looked up to the stage while the band is playing, I realised there is some fire on the top of the stage, at first I thought this is the firework, then I realised the fire is burning and the singer(the Ah Moh and the Thai guy ) start to throw away their mike and jumped down from the stage and run. I quickly shouted at my friend and his thai wife to run, at this moment, there are many peoples from the level 2 are rushing down to escape. As I near to the main entrance, I quickly let my friend and his wife run first. While we are running, there is a thai gal at the small stairway connected to the entrance, she is still holding onto the handle and refused to move, her bf, tried very hard to grab n pull her up but she insists and grumble, i keep pushing my friend's wife as she is infront of me and the thai gal is infront of her. Everyone is running and our ways was blocked by the drunk thai gal, I supposed she is, after blocked for about a minute, I managed to push her up all the way. While I reached the entrance, I felt a relieved as I was thinking it should be safe. But, it turned out to be even worse. Lots of black fire smoke was rushing in towards us, the whole entrance was blackout, it was so dark and so smoky as the fire smoke is very black in colour, this time, I have already inhaled lots of black smoke, I keep control myself but nearly got choked by the smoke as it was very smelly and really cannot take it anymore. We managed to jump acrossed the counter on the side entrance to make a round about to get out of the pub to the carpark. It is a real relieved for me.

Luckily, my thai gf have just left early after the countdown, as she need to go back home early to be wif her mum, if not I will have difficulties getting out as I need to take care of her. I have been to Santika on my every trip to BKK for the last 4 years and this is really a very sad ending for the year. I hope this is an alarm to everyone of us to cherish our life and love ones now. Our life can change very fast, a while ago, we are happy, then the next moment, we are very sad. My condolences to all those victims and their families.
I was told by the waiter that they have moved to RCA around Slim and the new name is either Hot Spot or Hot Bar.

been to santika for the past 3 years now and have been there 3 times and actually thinking and wanted to go there during new years eve but was thinking it was going to be packed and my friends wanted to head down to sky since my black with mixers and sodas are all free flow and even got our favourite seats.

heard the news from my thai friend at 1am in the morning cause she couldnt get into jet and the road was close and told me that santika was on fire...i was like WTF...you serious..i couldnt care much and party on till i wake up the next morning to see it on the thai news and for really it got burn down to pieces...more friends from thailand and singapore called me next to check on me since they know i like to club a lot and some knows i club there before...thanks my good friends for your concerns

fellow bros of SBF, please do take care of yourself when overseas...this time i will extra careful when i travel and when i club at any places...exits at hotels...exits at shopping centres...etc etc...better be save than sorry.only one life...and i know if i have to go i will go but i will make sure i reduce percentage of death by 20%-40% at less..... unless i get shot or plane crash....choi!!!!!
