Lately I heard the PR is very hard to get these days. Unlike in the past today you apply 3 weeks later is being approved.

Apparently the so call scholars that was being paid to study in Singapore also cant get their PR. So I think they did try to cut down the approval for PR. However I feel it is too late, cause too much have invaded in and using us as a stepping stone for them to migrate to other country.

I see so many of old auntie and uncle cleaners. Some limping to work cause leg pain or back pain. In CBD areas.

from the state, he also receive some mthly allowance.

Now this young boy his father is multi millionaire in indonesia has 2 companies

What i don't understand is why your state gave scholarship to someone so
wealthy where the school fees is peanut for him?

In indon you cannot get scholarship if your parents or family so rich, should

I think the Housing damage is beyond repair. How to bring down price floor now?? Many already committed to 30 years to 40 years housing loan thinking that it is easy to resell later in the housing ponzi scheme. Just find another sucker to pay higher for your old leasehold house and take over your loan.

Property was never meant to be a way to make money or get rich. Property price will surely rise over time and decades but should not be in years. Look how fast HDB price rose under Mah Bow Tan and PAP's Asset Enhancement Scheme. HDB price rose faster than private housing. Asset Enhancement Scheme had screwed all generations from now until grandchildren. Look how high the price floor is now. Dont even get started on price ceiling.

You go public parks and areas and you see homeless people getting more and more. PAP rushing NOW to build more rental flats because the first wave of people affected by the Asset Enhancement Scheme are the lower educated and lower income. They cannot afford basic housing anymore. We have to go back to 1960s whereby government need to build lots of rental flats to curb homelessness first until population become more affluent to BUY own homes. If PAP continues, next second wave of people affected by Asset Enhancement Scheme will be middle income like Japan and HK whereby even PMETs become homeless.

Basic housing like HDB was never meant for speculation and make money out of it. It was strictly 'roof-over-head' concept instead of being homeless. Mah Bow Tan brought in private housing practices for HDB like BTO (Order first than build), allow PRs to buy HDB resale, DBSS, ECs, 1 year MOP etc and turn the HDB market topsy turvy and screwed rest of generations forever.
