Rate at Sungei Wang in KL at Aqmar Money Changer is 245.5. Difference from Arcade is RM1.10 for every S$100.

Any kind bro here can provide more info about the arcade money changer? Seems to offer the highest exchange rate. The "arcade" is the name of that particular money changer stall? Where is this money changer stall in Singapore? Inside which building? Which floor? Thks alot.

JB Sentral always give lousy exchange rate, sometimes among the lowest. Maybe rental expensive due to good location and therefore give lower rate to earn more profit.

I still prefer arcade building at raffles place with the best rate so far. There are many money changers there at level 1 & 2, so when there's more competition, in the end are the customers who benefited the most from the exchange rate.
