Is there pattern for the AV raids? For example, what time of the day is risky to visit a MP? I heard that Mls are telling their customers that it is safe to go early in the morning , like before 11.00 am. Not sure if true.

Actually it's all tactical. Went to one shop today and the gal was wary of giving me a hj because the boss was in. She ended up just feeling me here and there, and I was dumb to give her a full $50.
