By the 3rd day after the advertisement , JAne managed to get another interested couple to come pay the option fee as she started to draft the option of purchase agreement.

The young couple were looking for a unit for investment purposes. They requested nicely through JAne if is possible to have all e furniture be left behind as they want to rent the unit out immediately as soon they got the key.

this make things so much easier for me that I gave them my word on private arrangement we made. After they left the unit, JAne came over and hug me.

Jane " thank you for giving me a chance,"

Me " u are a fast worker ! Once this option fee is cleared by the bank I passed you some cash to cover you "

JAne " u have in mind which law firm to engage !

Me " I do , here is his name card . He knows what to do ."

JAne " I going clubbing later at MS area , u want to come along? I promise my downline to treat them if I close this case. "

Me " I am kind of tired .

Looking at my watch to divert the attention.

After Jane left , I went to the kitchen to get some trash bags. Started to throw some of the junk stuff such as old magazines , newspaper. I discard some of old letters and bank statements from ms V drawer. Three hours later , I filled 5 bags with trash. Was feeling hungry so i took a fast shower and head out to klliney road coffee shop for makan.

Order a bowl of noddles and finished it fast. I did not realize I was that hungry. Sipping my hot tea slowly looking at the surrounding. I was wondering around and soon my foot landed at centrepoint. Causally I just did some window shopping. Browsed through some books at a book shop and head back to the apartment. Took out a new bottle of white wine from the fridge as I sat in front of the TV .

After two full glasses of wine , I hit the bed and prepare to zzzz. It was only 930pm.
My handphone rang non stop , I glance on wall clock . It was Already 1am.

Me " hey what ...... !!!

Jane " see I told u he is not asleep yet".....

Her mouth was far away from the handphone mouth piece.

Me " hey what's going on ? "

Jane " nothing lah , these bunch of youngsters try to get me drunk. "

Me " where are u ? "

Jane " Robertson K at this joint called XXXX." ... " don't worry u go sleep "

The line went dead.

I got up , dress up in my sleepy state. Took a jacket from the wardrobe and head off.

I managed to located the outlet and found Jane drinking with a group lady friends.

Most likely her lady working friends from the same estate firm.

There were many bottle hard drinks and mixer on the table.

Me " hey are u ok ?"

Jane " Charles u actually come ? Sit and drink with me ."

I look at her. Her hair was all mess up. Her left black bra strap was out of place, fell off her shoulder and exposed out from her sleeve. Her lipstick was smudged. Her black skirt was not fully zip.

Me " I sent u back ? "

Gently lift up her hand. She pushed My hand off and gave me the middle finger sign.

I turn my head over to her friends

Me " hey what happen ? "

One of her friend reply back " she follow some stranger to the washroom and came back like that"

I turn back head and look at Jane eyes. I could tell she is fighting back the tears.

Me " ok , come by my place first "

Jane " NO '. " I want to drink some more "

She shouted back in a loud voice , the crowd attention was soon on us.

I squat down to her sitting position level and whisper .

Me " hey don't be like that , it don't look in front of your junior staff"

Jane " aiyah leave me alone .... I die also no want care want LAH "

She started to get up in a unsteady manner ...

Jane " I want to go washroom"

I eye signal one of her friend to help her . I also keen this is the opportunity , I should not miss. Jane took a long time in the washroom closed to ten minutes while I stood outside waiting.
Jane and her friend came out. I winked at her friend . She got the hint.

Jane friend " aiyah I left my wet tissue inside. I go in to take "

With this I put my hand around her waist and directed her footsteps to the carpark.

I managed to put her In the car. Praying very hard she don't throw up in the new car.

I started the car....

Jane " oh my goodness Charles , I damn bloody wet. The minute u wrap yr arms around my waist. "

Me " shhhhh..... U drunk Lah. Don't talk so much ! "

Jane " what drunk ? You dont believe? "

She lifted up her skirt and put down her panty. Throw it right at the car steering wheel. The cold air con circulate her " scent " ....very soon right thru my nostril.

She wasn't lying at all. I remove her panty and stuff it In my trousers pocket.

I arrived at the apartment , parking as close to the lift lobby,

Me " sorry just for a while , she is drunk. I send her up .come down later to park the car.

The night shift guard wasn't new to these kind of incidents. He gave me the thumb up and continue to listen to his music from handphone.
