AV basically comb through the internet and check every other website that allows adverts to be posted. So its not only SBF. Someone I know posted a few ads offering traditional, clean massage service on several websites(she didn't even post in SBF) where other services like facial, manicure/pedicure, hairdressing, plumbing, electrical, computer repair, etc. can be found.
