Ok, so you are on 1 year break. Yes, I've got a businees plan which I've mapped out in the begining. My estimated budget for a start-up was more than $200k but you mentioned you can do at $50K....how did you derived at this figure if you don't already have a bus. plan or at least a budgetted plan?? I stand to be corrected on my bus. plan/budget....please tell me where did I go wrong? Don't tell me that you can bring in the gals or building materials at zero costs just like your friend hor?

I'm same like you and still must work for money,not yet money work for me....nothing wrong with this as long as you are happy and can make a decent living right. I started my bus. using what they call "B" system ......i.e. "bucket" system as you see in the old days HDB groceries stores but it works for me. Along the way, I learned a way call "shared responsibilites and delegation" with my subordinates and now can breath a little easier. But I still need to work for my money...sigh.

I one time got plan to operate HC, ya with dat budget 50k only, a takeover....i belong 2 cheena , malayu kinda biz talk, word iz trust type....so got plan share share with ppl got$$$.
After hearing talk......say not feasible.....1mth later same ppl start HC.....what i learn, i will share only after knowing ppl a bit well.....like bro banana say rite,action first, meet and noe u first, then talk, dat experience.......talk iz cheap like ppl say......action iz the word.

Of course nothing wrong! As long we are the "do-ers" = can liao. Know of some guys who has a thousand ideas but when come to execution = shit only. Had wasted alot of time entertaining these people so now i am damn skeptical liao. Basically all those bullshit motivation talks are crap, if can believe them shit also can be eaten.

Delegation is another topic of course, which is important also but sometimes to get things done right and in own style, the boss himself must do it.

Anyway, are u trying to go for a partnership in your HC? If got money better do it yourself, dun need partners or so called "consultants".

bro, $50K more than enough for a neighbourhood TN shop. few months back, my regular PDMM told me that the market rate to take over an existing TN shop with ready PRC ladies only cost around $25K. Those location better one or good biz one will cost slightly higher.

she had a friend who lucky to have those rich SG bf to come out with this amount to take over 1 and become the lady boss. But now dunno how liao

Guess now lagi cheaper with all the raids. But problem is...who dare to open TN now.
