Huizhou / Danshui (DS) Recommendations

Thanks for your compliment. My intention is to give a fair and balanced view, as the forum is meant to be for sharing and benefit of many frustrated cheongsters like me. There's lot of agents out there, so I also want to state clearly that I have no intention to cause any problems to their livelihood.

Danshui remains still the most viable option for partying at this moment. My friends and I were reminiscing the good old times (Ouya, Yihao, Fuhao, Mayflower, Jia Yi, Star of Star, TDWS...etc). We sort of have that feeling back last week! Talk about desperation....haha.

I know the drinks prices are higher here.
If you know who is the mastermind of this KTV then you'll know why it is what it is.
My friends and I don't go there because there're a few more Danshui KTVs that are better.

There're many smaller KTVs in Danshui but not suitable for Malaysians, Singaporeans and Overseas Chinese.
Cheaper and more fun (non drug/humsup related) than any of those high end KTVs but hostesses mostly average looks.
99% local clientele and if any china man find trouble with you must have back up.

Tony , you know I like to kena bluff mah ..................is another kind of enjoyment .

Anyway , we are there to explore and support ..... if those don't worth us supporting than phone nos no longer in my contacts .....

For our trip with vertu, Me ,FGG and another bro. We are mainly hl drinkers.

Our bill size are usually anything from 3500-10k+ depending on how hard we are drinking. Also if u have partied with us, well let's just say that these are people who can fill up CEO room in yh with just any 3 of us.

We checked into New Regent hotel on the 1st night. New Regent is old but comfortable.

Girls start to parade to the room at 7.30pm. Those who are used to flower street will need to kind of adjust to this. My ratings of the KTV girls are 5 to 6 - again my personal opinion. And if you are benchmarking to Ouya or Yihao, they are still a long way off. You may find occasionally a few good ones (2 out 40 viewed) but they may say not “available for the night”. So if you lower your expectations, you should be ok.

Nice honest report about his place! This place is just not my cup of tea. To travel so far there and ' long pia'! Total waste of time ! This ktv 's expense is on par with OY or higher ! I rather cheong zh with less hassle ! Up your points for the effort !

I brought my groups of friends and clients to go Danshui (DS) KTV thrice on the last week of October and I'll be going again this Sunday to cheong at least three more times (probably more)

In between, I have also introduced a few groups to go DS KTV and referred them to two different managers/mamasans ~ so i'm getting a little known (among a few mamasans) for being "helpful" in introducing new clients.

These mamasans are now competing to get more of my referrals.

Disclaimer ~ i don't get any monetary gains from doing these referrals, in fact, i spend money treating these mamasans to suppers and dinners.



I intend to leverage upon these to see if i can get the Danshui KTV mamasans to let me photograph their MMs (brothers who added me via Wechat knows that I'm a photographer who works with beautiful, sexy foreign models)

why do i have this idea of photographing KTV girls?
1. simply because i like photographing beautiful women
2. almost all the girl pictures that mamasans and pimps show us are so fake, photoshopped, deceiving ~ i want to be able to shoot them in a realistic way and share among our own bros (privately)

if you like to join me in this quest, pls share with me your mamasan contacts and i'll sit some of the better girls in my KTV outings and see whom i can smooth talk into being photographed.

let's see how it works...


btw, my group is partying in Danshui on 17 & 18 Nov (monday and tuesday nights) Join us if you like.

Anyway I know those Rip Off, Scammer people exists as I used to chiong CP every weekend for many years and I have seen a lot over the years. Personally. My friends and I actually had planned to hit CP the last trip but a raid happened and we had no idea where else to go. So coincidentally as I surfed for DS tour organisers, we chanced upon brother Panado's kind invitation so we decided to try to join in so we at least know where to go and book another room the next day if the party did not go well. I say that purely because not everyone party the same way so we did not want to crash parties and cause problems lah so that was really what our concerns were.

Anyway I just wanna say, of all the years - the bros we have partied with and in this place are all great people!!!

Brother Jimfairy is one of the most caring party bros I have met man hahah he always takes care of me knowing I go crazy at parties!

There is usually no free lunch and whilst I do know that there ARE many honest, altruistic people on the web as elsewhere, there are probably an equal amount of skillful and opportunistic vultures ready to pounce on the usual good bonhomie associated with mongering forays.
Mind you though, I HAVE also met and made great friendship with quite a few guys via the internet in the past, so....!

I hope nobody misunderstand and/or take offense - and sorry if you are offended; just my suggestion and reminder. Peace!

I especially appreciate you relating that you have also run across the unsavories of the mongering scene. These scammers, free-loaders, undeclared agents pretending to just be drinking buddies etc really are the fly in the ointment, and just to re-emphasize, I am NOT referring to good guys like Panado, Jim Fairy etc who I figure are just good guys happy to play host etc.
