Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
This game reminds me of our previous match, started off with a bang but the opposition slowly crept back into the game.
Just when we look like we are going to lose our footing, opposition make a mistake and we capitalize on it. And we hang on to get the job done at the end of the day. This definitely has to be our year. Let's finish Chelsea off once and for all in our next match. |

Absolutely!!
Something to be very proud of considering this was always going to be a tough competitive season. Back to present unexpected glorious aspirations, looks like Liverpool really miss Henderson and the defence and Mignolet are getting more and more dodgy, nail biting times in all 3 remaining games. Don't think that moaner whiner Mourinho is going to give up so easily regardless of the CL semis. All hands to the deck and the redmen have to remain focused and resilient and go for wins in all 3 remaining games. Its getting tantalizingly close now, we go again! Come on you Reds! YNWA |

Heart warming to see studio guest Southampton star Rickie Lambert a Liverpool fan n like us fans here, he also had his nail-biting n heart-wrenching moments. Wouldn't it be fantastic if Rickie could join us as our 3rd striker???

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Now, how's this for sportsmanship!
---------------- Patrice Evra Voted for Luis Suarez for PFA Player of the Year By John Andrews 20 Apr 2014 Patrice Evra has apparently given his vote for PFA Player of the Year to Liverpool's Luis Suarez, something seen as very controversial given the past history between the two players. Evra accused Suarez of racially abusing him during a game between Liverpool and Manchester United and the Uruguayan was subsequently banned for eight games and was handed a fine of £40k. The argument then escalated further when Suarez refused to shake Evra's hand in the repeat fixture a year later, and there has been bad blood between the two parties ever since - to say the least. However, United's French defender has put his personal feelings aside and reportedly voted for Suarez for the player of the year award. The story was reported in the Sunday Mirror, amongst other publications and they even quoted an insider source at Old Trafford. "Suarez is an outstanding footballer, but no-one at United could believe it when Patrice voted for him. Claimed the United source. "It shows the measure of the man that he didn't allow what happened between them to cloud his judgement. "He clearly doesn't bear a grudge." Luis Suarez was amongst six nominees for the PFA Player of the Year award which will be announced on April 27th. http://www.ftbpro.com/posts/john.and...er-of-the-year

Mignolet's weakness is dealing with the high crosses under challenges. Opposing teams are starting to realise this and lately in the past few games have been bombarding him with high crosses and getting their forward to challenge Mignolet when the cross comes in. |

These past three games not good for our heart lah. Should keep attacking and not relax after two goals lead.

With all honesty, the run of 11 wins, Liverpool were lucky in some matches. A handful of matches could have easily been a draw or zero points.
Well, after all in soccer, you need a bit of luck somehow or rather. I'm patiently looking forward to the Newcastle match. Pierre. |

if Liverpool could score within the first 5 mins. usually it would be a win for them. but the attacking players seemed to fade off in the second half
