Yes once nightfall, along that stretch will see plenty of JPMM in JK costumes lining up along the streets carrying neon signs. I have no idea what it is as well, some not just girls got some guys as well. I did saw some old men (in suits and fedora hats) talking to them. I think its like for some cafes, game parlour, maybe massage thing..I don't really know but will see them almost every night. Weekend could see like 50-60 of these JK dressed MM.

As in what kind of joints are you referring to? Night club? Soaplands? Think there is a couple of them as you walk around that area. I know Kabukicho tower has a new disco call Jam 17 and lots of youngsters queueing to go in.

Yah becos I went end of August and was doing research and GFE is only online but I followed them on twitter and there was mention that the new place is under renovation. So its actually very new when you were there.
