For your abs, a good measure would be to get your body fat % as low as possible. some say less than 10%. Work on your core by doing core exercises like forward planking and side planking.

make sure u eat well while you are at it else will end up looking haggard

Ermm.... I was told by my trainers to increase my body fats as it's too low now.... Lose anymore I'll be left with bones.... LOLOLOLOL

I stop running.... No time now... Considered lucky if I could work out an hour 3 times a week....

I could do various planks pretty well... Guess my abs are hiding under those flabs of skin....

what's your body fat %? if it's low then probably you got to work on strenghtening the core muscles already to bring out the definition. haha

were u previously fat or plump?

Another good website to buy protein would be nutrifirst. They just had their warehouse sale over the weekend.

I get my supplements from nutritionpark and vitacost. For vitacost I can refer first time buyers for 10 usd discount in your first purchase and I will also get 10 usd discount. In my opinion, nutritionpark is faster cos it's sg based. Vitacost takes about 2-4 weeks for delivery but it's cheaper. So pros and cons la. Never tried iherb before so not sure.

Thanks bro, that's why I exercise..not wanting to fall into that category of pot bellied middle aged men

..working on my abs now...doing crunches.

My body fat is 18%...

I've never been fat in my life... Too vain to let that ever happen... But I used to have a nicer figure when I was younger.... My nick was hourglass.... Haiz. .. Those were the days.... LOLOLOLOL
