I've gone through that small road multiple times. I think I've seen some sort of a KTV looking place there. Gotta pay more attention next time I'm in Yangon.

Took a taxi to JJ at Mingalar Zay at midnight with my buddy.
Plenty of taxi drivers waiting for dirty old men like us and some ok looking birds waiting to guide you to the dodgy lift to the 4th floor.
