I duno about taipei, but prostitution there is not legal for foreigners, the last I heard.

And in ktvs, prostitution also not allowed.. legal prostitution is restricted to some areas in taiwan from my past experience there.. which was many years ago.. and some friends have commented that it hasn't changed much since 2 went over quite recently.

And I duno why someone deduct me ONE point.. but the comment was ".. 4th..", meaning the forumer agreed wif me but deducted me ONE point.. I dun get it...(??)
