Weekdays is always the best bet cuz 80-90% of the travelling folks are working. Then all means of travelling across is ok...

But if weekends is your only option to travel, then either choose your timing or get across by car/bike...

Otherwise, have fun queueing in the human jam at BSI...

Looks like the traffic jam for vehicles is back.
I have been travelling to JB every 3-4 days since the border reopening using motorbike / car & by bus. For the past 3 saturdays..... I drive my cousin back to JB leaving Bishan @ 11.30am. We would be in JB by 12noon as the immigration/custom usually clear very fast average 10 mins. About 15 mins on the Good Friday weekend.
But today we were stuck in a jam at the CIQ immgration lanes and took us 45 mins to clear.
I observed most of the cars in the jam are SG registered vehicles.

From my limited experience so far, if die die must go in on weekends, try to head in Saturday morning.. if day trip, sat evening mostly no jam to come back, if overnight, sunday afternoon is ok too.

Sunday late afternoon onwards, just prepare yourselves.

Fuckshops are in abundance everywhere in JB.
Scared you no have enough money only.
Depending on your budget...... you have several options once you exit CIQ. Within 1 km walking radius of CIQ have at least 8 options to my knowledge comprising massage shops, incall stables, FLs hangouts & LBs streetwalkers. There could be other options that I missed coz too many to handle and I dun wanna bust my hp data.
