I think that it is generally understood that if you visit a ML known for svc, you should be ready to cough out $$ for the svc. On days you dont want svc, you can visit other ml who are known not to do svc.

By visiting a ML, you deprive them of an opportunity to serve some other bros and for those spas running on rotation, they may have missed out an opportunity for income. I try not to do that and if i dont feel like it, i will try to send them away with a 10/20 dollar tip. Some get offended and i wont go back to those as future svc may be compromised.

But there are situations when we reccee a new place. sometimes even on a bros recommendation (one mans meat is anothers poison). and the ml is just not the type that turns you on. I also find it hard to push them away, but have to hold your ground and do whats reasonable in the circumstances (last rejection was for a sg young looking girl (but legal age) with plan looks but shit attitude. i gave her 50 dollars to fuck off cause she already stripped and i did get to touch her. thinking back i should just give her 4 dollars).
