It makes me sad to hear about guys who fall for working ladies. Everything that needs to be said has been said but I figure i'd toss in my young man's perspective. The problem with WL is that they are professionals, their whole occupation and sometimes way of life is pleasing the punter. Some girls are so good at it that they develop almost an uncanny ability to manipulate people. It's not just lonely old men crash and burn either, i've seen bright young studs fall hard for WLs and get worked over the same way. At the end of the day all that matters to the WL is the money. Think of it this way, if a woman is willing to sell her body and part of her emotional well being to make money then there isn't much she wouldn't do. Not all of these girls are desperate poor girls.. some are genuinely scary people with hardened mercenary personalities that would make California prison convicts humble.

If you "love" one of these girls it's almost guaranteed to be a disaster. It seems that for genuine love the WLs are attracted to guys who are usually similar in personality and have a presence in the nightlife. I know many WL's in Thailand have bartender, DJ, waiter, or whatever bfs. These guys tend to be in contact with the girls most often and develop equitable relationships as a result. Plus they are generally dirt poor so there is no money incentive. My motto is: once a customer always a customer.
