This is my first time to Shanghai, and i have a 17 HR layover.

Can anyone suggest a nice Spa/Sauna accessible to the Airport, where i can rest, get some food, and a massage? (massage extras not required, but would be nice).

In GuangZhou I usually frequent "Shui Hui" where you can rest in a very nice lounge with TV, movies, and food, use shower, hotub, steam, and get massage for around 250RMB for as long as you like. Is there anything similar in Shanghai you can recommend?

Any other activities you can suggest for my layover, is appreciated. Thank you!!!

ST = short time, normally 1 shot but been to some Ktv, you can get 2 shot for ST. But that mama San is now in jail XD. 1k for 2 shot was best... Hope can find something similar soon.

LT = long time. She will stay with you till morning. At least 2 shot, can go as long as the gal agree and you can take it. Lol... About 1.5k and up.

Since so many ppl on me about Ktv in Shanghai and Suzhou for the games and activties:

Suzhou (more happening), the night include:
Nuke gal drinking you for a song time
Nuke gal sit and dance on your lap, rotating across all the men (basically you get to hug all the gal in the room)
So dice game: lose = punishment like kissing, sucking, drinking...

Shanghai (due to current raid), the night include:
Topless gal dancing on your lap, rotating across all the men (same as Suzhou so enjoy all the neh neh)
Dice game: same as Suzhou but Max is topless

but above suspected to the Xiao di. Sometime ppl get too drunk too early, he hard to get the game rolling.
