you are right on the topic. I run 3x week, PC 4km plus, try to get Vit D.

Do body weight exercises, martial arts.

My dislike stretching, but the older I can, the damn body gets stiffer, only the middle leg gets softer.

depends on food intake esp half boil eggs,but of course if kept for sometime there will be plenty so far own massaging with nutmeg oil helps a lot,only 1 type I used soothing n warm

Took 5mg cialis but dun seems to have the effect. Any recommendation?

Just as many of the bro and sis have shared about,
Exercises, drink a lot of water etc can boost the volume.
Eating food with high Zinc content ( such as oysters..) can help too.

5mg is the maintenance dosage for taking daily. Taking it just once may not have the effect you expect. For one time usage of cialis i think the dosage is 20mg.

If you want visible result for planned action session, then viagra may work better.

recently been using the kegel exercise thingy, can feel the pelvic floor stronger, and I combined it it with actual kegels

been doing jelqing with leech oil and tongkat ali water.

Seems to help with the strength of the erection and the desire.

I still feel what works best for me is weights training. I use dumb bells and bench press 3 times a week. I notice that after each session, the day after I get morning wood, solid hard, no need for Viagra. Research shows weight training does boost testosterone and testosterone is at highest levels in the morning, so maybe that’s why. Btw, I’m 60.
