I would suggest you go to the one at Soi 24 which is easier to get to. The Soi 31 is much further from the main road (probably need to take a taxi). Soi 24 is on the left side of Emporium (Phrom Phong BTS). It is on the left side of of the road about 100 to 150m from the main road. You can't miss it. Also unless you are interested in also getting a facial the one in Soi 24 has pretty nice rooms as well.
