i think i phase it wrongly so caused the confusion. if i recall correctly, my friend he option for a land for a $1, and he bring in all his resources at zero cost and build the shopping mall and became one of the owners.

what i m trying to say is how we managed our cashflow, the lifeline of a business.

i started off also an OMO business. as i grow my business and learn from my mentors, they teach me the trade, cashflow management, EQ, how to raise capital, how to buy without money, etc... then i realise how easy it is to make money. the only thing i need in business is opportunity.

i m not rich, but i earn as much as i wanna spend.

line by line, precept upon precept. it take me quite a while to get the hang of it. first thing first, is our belief. we have to change our mindset. think like the rich. then practice it.

i have one bro pm me bcos he got interested in this thread and what i have to offer. in the conversation he said he has no time to meet me unless i have something to offer to him. basically what he mean is, dont waste his time giving him sales talk.

how i interpret is he work for money and time is money. if he waste his time, he is not earning enough. so time is money and he dont have time to waste. honestly if that is true, i feel bad for him. he is working for money and not money work for him. on the other hand i always have time to waste bcos money work for me.

Please before you tell people about buying a mall for $1 you are misleading the facts. With your circle of so called friends that buy Malls for a dollar and travel round the world without cost ,you are insinuating to the general public that everyone can do likewise, wait till the seminar starts then people will start spitting and cursing that "CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY".

If Warren Buffet would to tell you to buy certain stocks, people who have heeded his prediction and foresight would do so. But what he did not tell you that to stay in the game you have to hold like he did for at least 10 - 20years, furthermore he always presume that investors are rich minded like him .

Well said. A timely reminder to some. But maybe give bro. Banana the benefit of a doubt as he is sincere in wanting to share his views. I presumeed most of us here are matured adult and surely not that gullible to think that you can built a shopping mall for $1 and can travel around the world for free W/O "terms and conditions apply". This has been an interesting discussions and I certainly hope that bros. have pick up a thing or two from the many postings. I myself have my hc business concept reshaped from the inputs and it's more complex a business than I 1st thoughts. There are many issues that one has to think through before embarking on this venture. Owning and running a business is all about opportunities and risks and man management. We can all have dreams but at the end of the day, we must get real.

like i say: line by line, precept upon precept. make ur first $10k, then $100k, then $1 million. if u r now making $100k then u move on to $200k, then $500k and so on. i believe bro here are smart enough to know what i m talking about. if u are making $1k, do u think u can make $1 million overnight?

so if u r in warren buffet realm, then u play like wise. if not then stick to SGX and SBCtext.

Bro banana, please explain between the lines, bringing in his own resources at zero cost plus an option to buy a shopping mall at $1 means his ONLY cost is $1!! A lot of people have the Dollar but how many people have the resources to built it.You are thus creating the falsified mindset of buying a mall for a dollar.Thats the american way of selling .Why do you think those american motivation gurus are giving seminars here,do you think they really share their success secrets to help you make money,they are here to make money from you first. whether you make it or not they are probably in some resorts in Bahamas .
Since you have so called friends speaking at a global event, try asking them to give FREE seminar and share their secrets for half a day event without any money ...they probably delete your number from their agents list.
